Positive news for BA – damage limitation works.

A survey of 1,000 consumers has shown that in light of the 3 day strike just gone, a huge 19% had an enhanced view of the airline.

I believe the way in which British Airways has handled the strike is phenonenal. They’ve been brave and not caved in to the delusional demands of the union. They’ve taken care and been very professional in the way they have handled and supported their staff – striking or not. (Don’t see the union offering any support!?). Also managing the complex placement of staff and aircraft amongst a hectic and complex schedule – keeping passengers informed and giving passengers complete flexibility – has shown the Airline in a very good light.

Good work BA – keep it up.
